Isla Mujeres is a famous beach destination and is one of the most famous ports for bill fishing in the Mexican Caribbean. Isla Mujeres is a 15 minute boat ride from Cancun.  The sail fishing is best from January through April with number of shots on sails reaching 20 or more per day.  Cancun is already know for a vacation getaway, but you will come back for the fishing.   Visit the Sea Turtle Farm, swim with dolphins, snorkel at Garrafon National Park, visit the Mayan Observatory and temple, stroll around the island, and do some shopping at many downtown Cancun stores.
